Terms of Agreement:

The School/Organization will:
* Distribute brochure/order forms to the students to get orders.
* Mail orders and payment in full to the contractor.
* Deliver finished prints to the customers.
* Keep the Contractor informed of any changes in plan.

My Name In Print (contractor) will:
* Provide brochure/order forms to the school.
* Make the prints in a timely manner, with a predetermined finish date.
* Ship the prints to the organization by the predetermined date.
* Make any corrections needed to delivered prints as a result of printing mistakes, provided it is brought to the contractor's attention within 30 days.
